Vonda Gillen

Vonda Lee Clayton Gillen, 64, passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022, at Diversicare Nursing and Rehab in Amory.  She was born on January 31, 1958, in Tupelo to Bobby Joel and Joyce Clayton.  She attended Tupelo schools and worked in the furniture industry for many years.  Vonda was a hard worker and she had a personality that could brighten anyone’s day.  She loved her dogs and she was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by two sons, Steven Daniel Gillen of Amory and Adam Gillen of Tupelo.  

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Kathy Powers and one brother, Randy Clayton.
