Tracy Murff

Tracy Lynn Jones Murff, 53, passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.  She was born on August 9, 1970 in Aberdeen to Author Earl and Betty Jones Baucom Jones.   She was a graduate of Hamilton High School and she married Robert Murff on April 8, 2011.  Tracy was a devoted wife, homemaker, and a wonderful mother to her girls.   She liked working puzzle books and shopping.  Above all, she loved spending time with her family and friends.  She was a member of Christian Chapel Church of Christ.

Funeral services will be at 12 noon on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at Cleveland-Moffett Funeral Home in Amory with Ministers Derrick Maranto and Bobby Cleveland officiating.  Burial will follow in the Center Hill Cemetery.

In addition to her husband, Robert Murff of Greenwood Springs; her mother, Betty Jones of Hamitlon; two daughters, Briana Harlow (Stetsen) of Hatley and Melissa Reeves and fiancé (Cole Makerney) of Myrtle; one brother, Dennis Jones of AL; two sisters, Wendy Morton (James) and Sandra Caples (Jeff); grandchildren, Kylee Britt, Parker Lee, Carter Culver, Cohen Reeves, and expecting Baby Harlow; special friends, Kevin and Julie Powell; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Pallbearers will be Dewayne Murff, Trace Murff, Tucker Murff, Kevin Powell, Devin Powell, and Kevin Brickey.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service hour.
