Rita Jackson

Rita Faye Jackson, 65, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2020 at Diversicare in Tupelo. Born on September 22, 1954, she was a daughter to Thurman and Myrtle Chaffin Welch. Her hobbies included reading, working word puzzles, and listening to all kinds of music and she always looked forward to a good Bingo game. She adored her grandchildren. Private graveside services were held on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at Chaffin Cemetery. Cleveland-Moffett Funeral Home was honored to serve the Jackson family. Survivors include two daughters, Sara Cox (Matthew) of Aberdeen and Jessie Jackson of Meridian; sister, Jenny Roberts of Hamilton; 2 grandchildre, Charlie Cox and Ace Cox.
