Randall Hank Gray, 64, died on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Gilmore Memorial Hospital in Amory. Born on February 10, 1954 he was a son of Billie and Ruby Jean Camp Gray. He grew up in Amory and attended Amory schools. Prior to his becoming disabled, he worked in hardware and lumber for C & D Lumber Company for many years. Despite his disability, he was still able to mow yards for others and he enjoyed planting and growing watermelons and always had a plentiful garden; although, he would drop whatever he was doing to go fishing or hunting. Through adversity, he kept a positive attitude and enjoyed being with his family. He enjoyed listening to county music and he attended Trace Road Baptist Church in his earlier years.
Funeral services for Randall will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, April 27, 2018 at Cleveland-Moffett Funeral Home in Amory with Bro. Mac Phillips officiating. Burial will be in the Gray Cemetery near Nettleton.
Survivors include his wife, Debbie Bohlke Gray of Becker; his mother, Ruby Gray of Amory; one daughter, Bridget Sanders (Justin) of Becker; one brother, Roger Gray of Becker; two sisters, Brenda Randolph of Nettleton and Billie Jean Gray of Amory; 2 grandchildren, Abigail McDuffie (Nicholas) and Chas Sanders; great grandchild, Adaline McDuffie; cousins, Larry Adams and Scott Mitchell; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
He was preceded in death by a son, Randy Gray; his father, Bill Gray; an uncle, Kirk Gray; and sister-in-law, Susan Gray.
Pallbearers will be Rodger Kelly, Justin Sanders, Bobby Camp, Larry Adams, Randy Harmon, Jimmy Gray, and James Capps.
Visitation will be 5 until 8 p.m. on Thursday evening at the funeral home.
