Patsy Rider

Patsy Ann Rider, 76, passed away on Monday, August 12, 2024 at North Mississippi Medical Center—Gilmore in Amory. Born on September 4, 1947 in Aberdeen she was a daughter to Charles Arubel Eula Mae Sheffield Edwards. Patsy had worked as a nurse, a beautician, and a bookkeeper prior to her retirement. She enjoyed fishing, cookouts, and bonfires.

 She is survived by her daughters, Paula Inmon (Danny Lewis) of Nettleton and Patrice Menter of Casper, WY; son, Cecil “Todd” Weeks of Nettleton; and a brother, Charles Edwards, Jr. “Buck” of North Carolina; grandchildren, Lacey Finney, Courtney McKenzie, Austin Say, Wesley Say, Lauren Hernandez Menter, Lindsey Menter, Derek Menter, and Trey Weeks; and 24 great grandchildren.

 Preceding her in death are her parents; and a sister, Peggy St. John.
