Pamela Sue Crump Galloway, 54, passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. Born in Missouri, she was a daughter to Carl and Myrtle McCutchin Crump. Mrs. Galloway attended school in Missouri and she met the love of her life, James Galloway and they were married on May 17, 1980 later moving to Amory. She was a consummate homemaker being actively involved in her children’s lives and it was no small secret that she loved to spoil her grandchildren. A lady of deep, devoted faith, the Lord was first and foremost in her life and she was deeply involved in her church, First Assembly of God in Amory. She was very devoted to her family and shared a close relationship with her sisters.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at the Cleveland-Moffett Funeral Home Chapel in Amory with Bro. Earl Vance officiating. Burial will be in the Boone Chapel Cemetery in Okolona.
Survivors include her husband of 37 years, James Galloway of Amory; two daughters, Melinda Galloway of Amory and Amanda Long (Jamie) of Amory; one brother, Wayne Crump (Norma) of Park Hills, MO; 3 sisters, Barbara, JoAnne, and Thelma; 5 grandchildren, Nicole Long, Emily Robinson, Josh Long, Lynzi Stuart, and Avery Kate Long; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins; and a special friend, Jean Pennington of Smithville.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Geraldine and Alberta; and a brother, Sonny.
Pallbearers will be Dennis Galloway, Jamie Long, Steve Sawyer, Sam Sawyer, David Dodd, Ryan Galloway, and Doug Galloway.
Visitation will be on Saturday from noon until service time.
