Michael Hester

Michael Hester, 50, passed away on Monday, January 16, 2023 at North. Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.  Born on October 13, 1972 in Silvis, IL to James A. Hester and Cynthia Otts Hester.  He lived most of his life in Mississippi and worked in the flooring industry laying carpet and tile before becoming disabled.  He enjoyed riding motorcycles and was a fan of the Chicago Bears.  He liked watching NASCAR particularly Dale Earnhardt, but above all, he was a totally devoted father to Aaron. 

Services will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, January 20, 2023 at Cleveland-Moffett Funeral Home.  Visitation will be from noon until the service time.

In addition to his son, Aaron Hester, he is survived by his parents, James Hester of New Market, TN and Cynthia Hester of Walland, TN; sister, Kristal Crosby (Britt) of Tupelo; brothers, Lance Hester of Nettleton, Ryan Hester of Saltillo, and Nick Hester of New Market, TN; special aunt, Brenda Lewis of Nettleton; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friends, Ms. Tina, Ms. Dee, Charles Tyler, and Michael Ross.
