Michael Brown

Michael Wayne Brown, 51, passed away on July 9, 2020 in the Bigbee Community of Monroe County. He was born on February 7, 1969 in Aberdeen to William Wayne and Melinda Gail Chism Brown. He attended school in Amory and worked for number of years as a frame builder in the furniture industry. An avid outdoorsman, he loved to hunt fish, and collect rocks. He enjoyed gardening especially with his grandmother. He was most known for his part in the ministry of the food pantry in Bigbee where food is shared for whomever is in need. He was Baptized in the Full Gospel Church. A private service will be held at a later date. Cleveland-Moffett Funeral Home is honored to assist the family. He is survived by his father and mother, William and Gail Brown of Bigbee; three sons, Chris Brown of Aberdeen, Bradley Brown and Jeremy Brown of Becker; one brother, William Lynn Brown of Aberdeen; two sisters, Kimberly Holloway (J.J.) of Amory and Karie Brown of Itawamba County; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; K.B. and Shelby Chism and Leslie and Eric Brown; and a brother, Terry Gene Brown.
