Francis "Frank" Dugas, 96, passed away in San Juan Capistrano, California on February 8, 2025. Frank honorably and proudly served as a United States Seabee during the 1940's. Frank loved living in Mississippi and loved living in Amory from 1992 until 2021. Frank loved the Lord and was a dedicated Christian man. Frank was a blessing and loved by all.
