Elisebith Ann Medley Robison, 90, passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. She was born on November 13, 1931 in Smithville to the late Owen E. and Wilma C. Medley. She married the love of her life , W.C. Robison in 1948 and they were married for 67 years, 10 months and 5 days. Together they were blessed with 6 children. Elisebith lived most of her married life in the Pearce Chapel Community. She faithfully attended Pearce Chapel Freewill Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School, Children's Church, and VBS. She also served as the church organist and pianist. She loved the Lord, her Church and Community.
Elisebith was an assistant teacher at Smithville School and also the Headstart. She was an expert seamstress who loved to sew, embroidery, crochet and make quilts. Elisebith was also excepitional cook and loved to make jelly and jam.
Elisebith is survived by her daughters, Patricia R. Horne, Smithville and Vickie R. Palmer (Butch), Smithville; son, Gary Michael Robison (Brenda), Smithville; grandchildren, Melanie Robison Howell, Tracy Colburn (Ronnie), Bree Morris, Clint Horne (Rebecca), Tanner Palmer (Tori), Christi Haneline (Chris), and Kalin Ewing (Ashlyn); great grandchildren, Gunnar Clark (Ashley), Madie Hamilton (Barie), Jakob Howell, Dylan Colburn, Keelee Clark, Zoey Horne, Wyatt Horne; great great grandchildren, Stella Hamilton, Zera Hamilton and Belle Ewing; sister in law, Marcelle Medley.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Connie Jo Robison, twin stillborn daughters; granddaughter, Jennifer Horne; son in law, Mickey Horne; brothers, Bud Medley, Babe Medley and Curtis Medley; sister, Laverne Gregory.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:30 PM on Sunday, September 25, 2022 at Pearce Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in Smithville with Bro. John Johnson and Bro. Heath Webb officiating. Burial will be in Pearce Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Clint Horne, Gunnar Clark, Tanner Palmer, Jake Howell, Dylan Colburn, Wyatt Horne, Ronnie Colburn, Kalin Ewing, Barie Hamilton, Chris Haneline, Nick Robison, James Reed-Wood and Brad Thompson.
Visitation will be at the church prior to the service on Sunday from 1:30 PM until 2:30 PM.
