Catherine Lee Fowler Pickle, 69, passed away on Friday, January 8, 2021 at the NMMC in West Point. She was born in Kentucky on July 15, 1951 to the late George Fowler, Sr. and Jessie Lee Snider Fowler. Catherine attended school in Haleyville and Double Springs, AL. She was a seamstress in the area garment industry for many years. She was member of Gattman Church of God and a devoted and faithful Christian who made it her life’s work to spread the gospel message of Jesus. More than anything, she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, especially traveling with them to the beach in Florida.
She is survived by her son, Josh Cunningham (Amanda), Tupelo; daughter, Teresa Cunningham, Amory; brothers, George Fowler, Jr. (Jo), Westville and Marty Dupree, Haleyville; a host of grand and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Angela Cunningham; son, Dewayne Cunningham; husband, Robert Pickle; grandson, Jason Roy Fowler.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at Cleveland Moffett Funeral Home in Amory with Bro. Clarance Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery in Crossville, AL. Pallbearers will be Rodger Rutledge, John Denton, Brian Harmon, Brad Harmon, Timmy Pickle and Myran Pack.
Visitation will be on Tuesday evening at the funeral from 5-8 PM.
